Wylee Hangar Condominium Association is a group of 29 hangars with access to Aurora State Airport (KUAO).  Each hangar and its ground foot print are privately owned with the common areas and infrastructure shared in ownership by proportion of the size of the hangar.  Most of our hangars are owner occupied, but several are leased out, both as the full hangar and individual spaces for aircraft. Administration is by a board of directors, currently with 6 volunteers serving 3 year terms.
